Drew: So... what do you think about the house blueprint?
Jack: I feel like there is something missing.
Drew: Why? Do you think that there is not enough space?
Jack: I'm not so sure, but it doesn't look like the original one.
Drew: I disagree, they look quite similar to me.
Jack: Don't get me wrong, I like it but... something is missing.
Drew: This house design has been complex but we are making a lot of progress here.
Jack: I don't think it's that complex, we need to change it.
Drew: These blueprints are always a nightmare.
Jack: I don't think so, you just need to think more.
Drew: Ok, maybe you've got a point there. How could we work it out?
Jack: We could make the living room bigger.
Drew: Maybe, we should talk about that with our customer first.
Jack: I agree... and I think we should expand the kitchen too.
Drew: I think you are right. So... are we ready to talk to the customer?
Jack: Yes, definitely.
Drew: Perfect, I'm going to make some phone calls.
Jack: Let me know once you have an answer please.
Drew: I can't believe we have an agreement here!
Jack: We agree from time to time.
